Fairfield – Interstate Crash
Two vehicles collided on the highway in Fairfield yesterday evening.
The crash occurred at approximately 7:00 p.m. on the southbound lanes of I-95, near Exit 25 (Fairfield Avenue). A passenger bus collided with a car, resulting in injuries to a still-unspecified number of motorists. Firefighters and EMS teams were dispatched to the area to assist people involved in the incident. Highway footage showed several lanes of the highway were blocked off following the crash.
