When respondents arrived, they saw a motorcyclist below the median guardrail, seriously injured in the crash. The westbound side of the highway was immediately closed while emergency crews tended to the victim but has since been reopened. The identity of the rider and other details of the incident have yet to be disclosed by officials.
Motorcycle accidents almost always cause injuries to those involved, so it’s imperative to determine the causes of these incidents promptly. That said, when people are injured in these events, particularly when negligence, DUI or product defects are involved, they have the option of filing damage/compensation claims.
