Danbury – Pedestrian Accident Results In Arrest
A man served a warrant for an October 2018 pedestrian accident was arrested late last week.
On October 21, 2018, at around 2:00 a.m., 19-year-old Jhon Jairo Penaherrera was driving along White Street in Danbury when he hit 43-year-old Jose P. Yupangui who was crossing close to the Ives Street intersection. He was immediately transported by respondents to Danbury Hospital where he died from his injuries.
