Danbury – Motorists Hospitalized Following SUV Crash
An SUV crashed and rolled over in Danbury late Saturday evening.
At around 11:00 p.m., a Mazda SUV with two occupants crashed and overturned on White Street near the banks of the Still River, with a concrete barrier stopping the vehicle from falling into the waterway. Both occupants sustained injuries and had to be extricated from the vehicle. They were then transported to the hospital for treatment. Officials are currently investigating the crash and have yet to disclose its possible cause or the identities of anyone involved. This post will be updated when more info becomes available.
In the absence of outside factors, such as the involvement of other vehicles, authorities will look at more insidious possibilities like vehicle defects or driver negligence. Whatever the outcome of these investigations, the focus will always be to bring responsible parties to justice so that victims can find closure.
