Danbury – Hit-And-Run Pedestrian Incident
A pedestrian was struck by a vehicle in Danbury last Saturday.
Authorities are currently looking for the driver of a blue 2007 Chrysler Sebring that hit a pedestrian near the intersection of Lake Avenue and Hobson Street. The victim was walking on Lake Avenue at the time of the crash and was immediately transported to Danbury Hospital for treatment. The vehicle immediately left the scene. The incident is currently under investigation and officials are asking witnesses or anyone who knows the location of the driver or vehicle to contact them as soon as possible.
Instances of hit-and-run would typically complicate road-related incidents for investigators and would only make cases worse for offenders. Having said that, victims of these negligent individuals would benefit from consulting legal experts as their cases should be evaluated properly and their options carefully discussed.
