Danbury – Highway Crash
A vehicle crashed on the highway in Danbury yesterday morning.
Emergency units were dispatched to Exit 4 (Lake Avenue Extension) on I-84 following reports of a crash in the area. A vehicle veered off its proper lane and struck a guardrail at the exit, resulting in moderate damage and injuries. Fire and EMS teams quickly arrived on-site to help motorists affected by the collision. Officials have yet to identify anyone involved in the incident pending an investigation. The crash was reported a few minutes before 9:00 a.m. and was cleared less than half an hour later.
