The crash remains under investigation, and state police are asking anyone who may have witnessed the crash to contact them as soon as possible.
There have been instances in the past where product defects have resulted in single-vehicle accidents, so this factor (among other factors, of course) is always investigated in these incidents. It’s important to note that if authorities discover negligence not connected to victims of these unfortunate events, those victims or their families may have various options they can discuss with their legal counsel.
