Rush-hour accidents occur quite frequently in crash-prone areas/thoroughfares such as I-84. Preventing these incidents from occurring is an ongoing process and requires constant intervention by authorities. Identifying the causes of accidents and addressing them is important because it can prevent reckless or negligent individuals from operating vehicles and harming other people. This process also has the added benefit of allowing parties injured due to negligent actions to file their own claims against suspects/culprits.
