Brookfield – More Details In Vehicle Crash

Authorities just released more details regarding last Monday’s crash in Brookfield.

Early Monday evening, a small sedan was approaching the intersection of Huckleberry Hill and Candlewood Lake Roads when it was struck by a pickup truck. The collision forced the car off the road. The driver of the pickup refused medical treatment, while the two occupants of the sedan sustained multiple injuries. The driver of the car had to be extricated by responding firefighters; both were eventually transported to Danbury Hospital for treatment. The incident remains under active investigation. More updates will be provided as new info becomes available.

Even with the relative safety provided by most modern cars, t-bone collisions can still inflict serious injuries to motorists. It’s important to quickly determine if negligence is involved in any of these cases so that liable parties can be stopped from causing further harm. These things said, people injured in road incidents should consult legal experts so that any option available to them can be thoroughly explored.
