Motorcycle accidents with no discernible causes have to be investigated thoroughly for possible vehicle defects or hit-and-run instances. Either way, if any form of reckless behavior or negligence can be established in any of these cases, and if victims are cleared of any responsibility, they have the option of filing for damages as deemed appropriate by their legal counsel.
