Bridgewater – Victim Of Tractor Accident Has Died
A tractor accident victim has just died in Bridgewater.
In 2018, then 28-year-old Timothy Meeker Jr. was operating a tractor at the Bridgewater Country Fair, trying to tow vehicles inside the property, when he fell off the machine and was run over by one of its tires. Meeker Jr. sustained serious injuries in the incident and had to be intentionally placed in a coma following the accident. He eventually recovered. Following a spate of still-unspecified medical conditions, Meeker Jr. died on December 30. Legal cases have already been filed in connection with the incident.
A suit has already been filed against parties involved in this incident. While some of the circumstances in this case are unusual, the goal remains the same: to bring responsible parties to justice. It’s important to note that victims of road-related incidents (or their families) are never alone and should have legal options at their disposal, more so in cases where negligence is involved.
