Vehicle entrapment is time-sensitive in many instances, requiring authorities to respond to these incidents as quickly as possible. Modern vehicles are as safe as ever. Yet, this still occurs but can hopefully be prevented by identifying their causes and stopping negligent motorists from operating vehicles. That said, we need to know what to do if ever we are injured in similar scenarios. There are legal avenues we can pursue in most cases.
