Bridgeport – Truck Rear-Ended By A Bus
A pickup truck was rear-ended by a passenger bus in Bridgeport yesterday evening.
At around 8:15 p.m., a pickup truck was near the intersection of Overland Avenue and Main Street, and attempting to enter a gas station, when it was struck from behind by a passenger bus. The driver of the pickup sustained injuries and was transported to the hospital for treatment, while a passenger on the bus was tended to by responding EMS personnel. All involved motorists have been accounted for, and authorities are now investigating the incident. Officials will release more info when appropriate.
