While many road incidents are just random occurrences that don’t involve ill-intent or deliberation, reckless or negligent behavior is frequently discovered in incidents across the state. It’s an important distinction to make because negligence can open various legal avenues that both the state and victims may pursue. Suffice it to say, victims of reckless behavior must be given ample opportunities to cope and find closure.
