Bridgeport – Road Shooting Update
Authorities have apprehended persons of interest in connection with last Monday’s shooting incident in Bridgeport.
Last Monday afternoon, a car with four occupants parked on Golden Hill Street, just in front of the city courthouse, when unidentified assailants in another vehicle fired at it. All four people inside the car sustained injuries, while the suspects’ vehicle immediately fled the area. Later that day, officials arrested three individuals for various offenses. They have since made bail but remain persons of interest. Investigators are still studying the connection between this and other shooting cases in the city this past weekend.
