Bridgeport – Pedestrian Injured By Vehicle
A pedestrian was struck by a passing car in Bridgeport late Friday evening.
Officers received reports of an accident at the intersection of Seaview and Stratford Avenues at approximately 10:40 p.m. Local police and EMS crews arrived at the scene and found a vehicle that had struck a person. EMS crews quickly tended to the injured pedestrian — the victim was responsive when paramedics arrived. The driver of the striking vehicle also stayed in the area and has cooperated with authorities. The case is currently under active investigation. Updates will be provided as soon as more info becomes available.
