Many road or roadside incidents involve similar scenarios: unknown culprits, lack of evidence, or unclear circumstances. Despite these challenges, authorities will always exhaust all means to investigate these cases and bring responsible parties to justice. It’s in these situations where the contribution of the public; witnesses, in particular; will be very useful. We can do our share to help officials close various cases and allow victims to find closure.
