Bridgeport – Intersection Collision
Two SUVs collided at an intersection in Bridgeport last Tuesday evening.
At around 8:44 p.m., reports came in of an accident at the intersection of Main Street and Jewett Avenue. Emergency responders discovered two SUVs that collided at the scene with deployed airbags, significant damage, and two injured motorists. EMS teams were called in to tend to all injured individuals. No one was reported trapped inside any of the vehicles, and there is no word yet on DUI or hit-and-run. The case is still under active investigation. Authorities will release more details when appropriate.
