Bridgeport – Injuries After Intersection Crash

Several people were injured in an intersection incident in Bridgeport last Saturday evening.

The accident occurred at the intersection of South Frontage Road and Myrtle Avenue. At approximately 6:40 p.m., a car trying to escape from the police collided with another car at the intersection before crashing into a wall. Authorities apprehended three individuals after the crash. EMS crews were also dispatched to the scene to tend to those injured in the incident, including one person who happened to be at the intersection at the time of the crash. Officials have yet to disclose the identities of the suspects or the motives behind their actions as the case is still being investigated. Updates will be provided when appropriate.
