Bridgeport – Child Ejected From Vehicle After Crash
A car and an SUV were involved in an accident in Bridgeport yesterday.
The incident occurred at the intersection of Amsterdam and Fairview Avenues. A 5-year-old girl was in a car with her mother driving when they were struck by an SUV. Emergency crews immediately arrived at the scene and transported the girl and her mother to the hospital for evaluation and treatment. According to officials, the girl was ejected from their vehicle thru a rear window as the windshields of both vehicles were undamaged. The identities of those involved have not yet been released, and authorities continue to investigate the incident.
