Bridgeport – Cars Crash Into Library
Two cars crashed into a library building in Bridgeport yesterday afternoon.
The accident occurred on 1174 East Main Street (Route 127) near Shelton Street. Two cars swerved off the road and into a building that houses a library, damaging the structure and both vehicles. The driver of the first vehicle sustained injuries and was transported by emergency crews to Bridgeport Hospital for treatment. The driver of the second car also sustained injuries but refused medical treatment. Authorities are currently investigating the crash and will release more information about the incident as they become available.
