Berlin – Victim In Pedestrian Crash Identified
Authorities just released the identity of last Wednesday’s pedestrian incident in Berlin.
At around 10:40 p.m., 58-year-old Janine Wiktor of New Britain was walking in front of 319 New Britain Road when she was hit by a passing vehicle. Wiktor died due to her injuries soon after. The driver of the vehicle fled the area before officials arrived. Officials are currently investigating the incident and pursuing all leads that may help them find the vehicle and apprehend the suspect. Possible witnesses are encouraged to contact local authorities as soon as possible.
